I have over 5 years experience designing and manufacturing electrical and mechanical prototypes and offer full turnkey prototype and product development.

My expertise is in high-speed analog, digital, and mixed-signal PCB design. My EDA tool of choice is Altium Designer, however I have the ability to design in OrCAD, KiCAD, and Eagle. I can also translate Schematic and PCB files between certain EDA tools (Example: Allegro .brd ---> Altium .PcbDoc).

I have designed simple single-layer PCBs with as few as eight components and PCBs exceeding 2000 components and 14 layers.

I have designed PCBs and systems with multiple FPGAs, DDR4 memory, high-speed ADCs, sensors, motors, and microcontrollers. I have extensive experience with the following communication protocols: Ethernet, USB 2.0/3.0, CAN bus, RS422, SPI, I2C, UART, and Bluetooth.

I am well versed in FCC / CISPR / IPC / IPC standards and certification, PCB and PCBA manufacturing processes, component sourcing, hardware verification and testing, and embedded firmware development.

Additionally, I can design and manufacture high-quality 3D printed prototypes from your preferred choice of material and finish. I provide quick turnaround time and also offer 3D design services at an added cost if requested. My tools of choice are SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor.
